Hari Wilayah a laughing stock.. Is it Hari Wilayah (FT DAY) or just another Municipal Day? The celebration looks like it is. The host, DBKL should invite all sectors public and private... Hari Wilayah is for the CITIZEN of Wilayah Persekutuan. And citizen is not only public sector. Where are the private sector? I wonder where is RELA during the march past.
